Ages 16 & under:must have a parent or guardian make the appointment and accompany you during the appointment. Currently not accepting clients age 10 and under.
Cancellation Policy: If unable to make appointment, 24 hour cancellation notice is needed. All specials and/or discounts will be forfeited if no cancellation notice is given within 24 hours of appointment. Pre-payment will be require after first missed appointment for all future appointments.
Studio Appointment Time:For each clients privacy, do not arrive
more than 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late to scheduled appointment time. If early, please remain in vehicle until escorted to studio. If more than 5 minutes late, appointment may need to be rescheduled.
*If running late, please feel free to call and leave a message as I may be with another client. This will help insure appointment time will be kept.
Mobile appointments:I will call the day before a Mobile appointment. If phone confirmation is not received within 24 hours before appointment time, appointment will be assumed canceled.
**Individual appointments made within a ten mile radius of 31st and Yale are $35. Appointments made outside that radius add $0.50 per mile. (Limit 25 miles).

**Parties outside of a 10 mile radius from the map shown on the "About Us and Airbrush Tanning" page must have a guaranteed number of guest. Contact KZB Airbrush Tanning for "Party Agreement Sheet" one week prior to party.
